Parking spaces
Free parking is available in the parking garage of the arena. The number is limited.
Additional parking is available for CHF 5.-/day in the public pool parking lot next to the arena.

House rules
The house rules of the Swiss Dog Arena GmbH apply.
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The SWISS CANIN CENTER declines any liability.
Privacy
With the registration the person gives his tacit consent that his personal data may be published for startlista and resultlists.
Registration & entry fee
Registration
The tournaments are announced via the AOA service. The AOA service is also used for registration.
Registration is binding and obligates payment. Cancellations will be handled according to the cancellation conditions.
Invoicing
Invoicing is done by e-mail. The starting place is considered secured only after receipt of payment.
Changes
Changes must be made directly in AOA. Changes will be considered until Friday, 12.00 noon before the tournament weekend at the latest.
Entry fee
The entry fee is listed in each case in the announcement.
We grant an entry fee reduction of CHF 5.- from the 2nd dog, with the same dog handler, if shown in the announcement.
Deregistration conditions
Due to the high number of cancellations before a tournament day (+/-80 cancellations per tournament day, +/-160 cancellations per weekend) and the related administrative effort, we see ourselves forced to adjust the cancellation conditions accordingly.
For all Shows, unless otherwise explicitly noted, the following conditions apply for cancellations*.
- Registrations are binding in principle
- A distinction is no longer made between early and short-term deregistration
- Invoicing takes place at an early stage. The starting place is secured after receipt of payment
- In case of non-payment of the entry fee within the payment deadline, the entry place will be cancelled without further reminder.
Early cancellations are free of charge (up to and including Sunday before the Show)- For cancellations at short notice, which are received from Monday before the tournament day, the complete entry fee is owed in any case*.
What are my options in the event of a last-minute cancellation?
- You can provide a substitute team for your starting place
- The substitute team must be notified in writing by e-mail to the registration office no later than Friday, 12:00 noon
- In this case you pay the bill and can claim the entry fee from your substitute team.
Refunds, if valid, will be made less CHF 5 bank charges and fees.
Camping
The Swiss Dog Arena has 16 parking spaces for mobile homes and caravans directly at the arena. All pitches are on paving stones and have separate electricity connections.
In the arena, the sanitary facilities consisting of toilets and showers are at the free disposal of the campers for the duration of the tournament.
A fresh water delivery is available at the pitches. All pitch users are requested to collect waste water. A discharge point for holding tanks and wastewater is not available.
